I'm your Self Love Empowerment coach, Juriana Hernandez.
I am a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Latina.
Being a first-generation Latina myself, I experienced crippling fear and self-doubt as I was the first of many things in my family. I was paving my own path, challenging cultural and familial roles and expectations. I sometimes didn’t feel I belonged within my family and in the new spaces I was in --I felt lost and alone. I also felt the pressure to not disappoint my family and held high expectations for myself.
All the hard work landed me working for a healthcare company where I had all the things children of immigrants dream of, earning 6-figures, job security, benefits, paid sick leave and vacation time. I felt I had made it! Truth is, after a few years I realized that it wasn’t what I thought it would be. I was burnt-out, tired, and the stress was taking a toll on me mentally and physically. Things had to change. That’s when I decided to quit my job where I worked long hours and start living a life of ease without sacrificing my earnings. I now work less hours, spend time with my family, travel, and rest.
My passion is to empower overachieving first-gen Latinas to overcome burnout, perfectionism, and self-doubt and improve their self-trust and self-worth to find ease and fulfillment in their careers and personal lives. I have worked with hundreds of creative, talented, and hard-working first-generation Latinas who were burnt out, just like me, and I helped them move from self-doubt to self-trust by empowering them to recognize their unique gifts, talents, and strengths, and improve their belief in themselves, so they can experience more ease in their life.
So, if you are ready to say bye bye BURNOUT then feel free to book your complimentary call where we can discuss how I can support you in your journey. You can also join my private FB group where you’ll find other first-gen Latinas on their journey towards self-love and empowerment.
